I'm still alive ^o^. Sorry about the lack of updates, but I'm still rather busy with real life. Regarding my new layout that I've been working on, I have the design finished and currently need to work on the coding aspect. I'll try to work on that this weekend. I've also been working on some things that I'll be adding to the site after it's been updated.

I've received some new awards ^o^. Sorry for the lack of updates, but I'm still busy with real world problems. I am also currently working on a new layout for Avista's Forest, which will include a new and improved header image of Avista, better organization of the links, and removal of unnecessary pages. This will hopefully be my best layout yet, and I'm rather excited about it. I'm also working on finding out how to add download and preview links to my website layouts, so please be patient.

I've updated the Bleach and Naruto anime lyrics to include the new openings and endings. I've also added in an Anime Puzzles page in the Fun Stuff section; if you complete a puzzle you can win a small trophy ^o^. Lastly, there is now a search bar on the right navigation table in case you need help looking for anything in Avista's Forest; I hope it helps.

I still have nothing to update for Avista's Forest, but I thought I would mentioned that I have updated my Haku fansite, Land of Eternal Snow. I changed the layout and added more Haku plushies, so feel free to visit ^o~. Also, Avista's Forest Fan Map has 16 members now! Thanks everyone who joined to show their support ^o^. Also, sorry about the inconvenience, but I only just found out that my image host for my neopet lookup images no longer exists -__-;;;. I found a new host, and I'm sure it will be more reliable than the previous one. If you are using my lookups, you will need to copy the new code for it to work.

I've finally added in a new userlookup, which I made a while ago but forgot to put up -__-;;;. This one features Ichigo from the animanga series Bleach ^o^. I also added a Blue Shoyru lookup in the Neopet related section.

I fixed my userlookups; apparently my lookups were not working because my image host decided to change the url of all my image files T_T. Thank goodness I found out on my own, because no one bothered to tell me anything. From now on I'll try to check them at the end of each month, but if you notice them not working, please let me know ^_^.

I fixed the kaoani and animated gifs pages, so that they take up less space. I also added an anchor link at the bottom of each page, so it will take you to the top of the page without having to scroll up. Avista's Forest Fan Map has five members total so far! I have updated all of the neopet userlookups, so they work now. Also, great news for everyone who likes my lookups: I have finally found another good image host, so as of today you can just copy the code and paste it into your user info or pet info area!!!! Just remember to leave the credit to Avista's Forest in your lookup ^o~. Also, I made new and improved animated gifs a long time ago, but I forgot to add them T_T. So I finally remembered and put them up ^_^.

Just to let everyone know, Neopets no longer allows the code I use to make the tables in my Neopet userlookups transparent in Mozilla Firefox. My lookups will only be transparent in IE, at least until I find an alternative code to use. If you have recieved a lookup code from me before this post, remove this part from the code: "-moz-opacity:.50;" . Sorry for the inconvenience. EDIT: It seems that it is fine in both IE and Firefox if you remove the above code, so it's not really a problem anymore :P.

Neopets updated user info area, so I fixed all my anime userlookups so that they will work (it was only a minor problem, so it didn't take long). I also edited my neopet related lookups (the ones where you don't fill out a form). They now work with both IE and Firefox ^o^. Also, I added four new neopet related userlookups. They feature the Darkest Faerie, and the three dark faerie sisters Malice, Spite, and Vanity. Also, I just realized that my neopet related lookups can also work for petpages ^o^.

Upon discovering that there is a way to get neopet lookups to look good on both IE and Firefox, I updated all of my lookups, and rather easily as well. For one thing, the coding itself is greatly reduced; secondly, the tables and text area will remain opaque (see through). And of course, people won't have to tell you how wierd your lookup is in firefox ^o^. I am very happy and relieved right now, because I never liked knowing that my lookups looked bad on the firefox browser. That's it for the update ^^;;;.

I kind of updated ^^;;;. All I really did was update the awards4u page a bit, to try to make it easier to understand. I also updated the neopet userlookup form to include a link to my neomail (which you are required to neomail to verify your account in order to get a lookup). So there should be no excuses to not neomail me to verify your account. If the form isn't filled out and/or I do not recieve a verification neomail, I will delete the request right away. For those that may not understand what verification means, I added it in my FAQ in the lookup section. I also added a new award I received but never put up T_T. Speaking of which, I edited all of the awards pages to have "previous" and "next" links at the bottom of each page, so that you don't have to scroll all the way up to click the links at the top of the page ^o^. Hello, I know I haven't updated recently, but I've been quite busy T_T. For those who are participating in the Altador plot, you can find your constellation coordinates here. I looked at my counter today and noticed it got past 50,000, and I just kind of did a double take. Over fifty thousand people from all of the world visit my very own web site o_O. As you must have realized by now, I decided to get rid of my splash page. It was pretty much useless, and I didn't like having it. Hopefully this will not inconvenience anyone, and I am sorry for the sudden change. I'll keep the old main page up for a bit, but all the "home" navigation links will lead to the new main page. Also, the website layouts are currently closed until I can make new ones. Which I'm sure won't be much of a problem since no one requests them anyway -__-;;;.

I edited the navigation links a bit; I think it makes them look a lot nicer ^o^. Apparently I had left out the "manga moments" and "anime lyrics" pages from the navigation table last time; these have been put back up. I also changed the font slightly; I think it matches the site a bit better than the last one ^_^. I edited all the email forms and text areas so that they looked nicer as well ^o^. Lastly, I edited the artwork page; I made a page for old artwork and a page for new artwork ^_^. The new artwork page features some of my best and most recent work, but my DeviantArt account still has all of my new pictures.

It features Edward and Alphonse Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist. Notice that I added the Serpent's Cross (The symbol on Edward's back and Alphonse's arm) to the lookup, and it was downright next to impossible to acquire a nice version of it. But I managed it, so enjoy ^o^.

I edited the forms for my premade layouts and neopets userlookups, so that the "layout/lookup requesting" part is a drop down list of options instead of a "fill in the blank" part. This will hopefully bring down the number of people who ask for a layout/lookup that I haven't made, since they no longer have the option to type in whatever they want; and this in turn will lower my stress level and keep me sane ^o^.

As you can tell, I changed the background... again -__-;;;. I wanted my site to be a bit brighter, and while the previous background was an improvement, it wasn't entirely what I was wanting. This background has the brightness I was looking for, and I even changed the table background as well. Also, I realized that I still had an ugly scrollbar color scheme, which I had forgotten about, since my browser no longer shows colored scrollbars. So I changed it to match the updated layout, and fixed the coding for it so that I never, EVER, have to edit 155 pages just to change the scrollbar T_T. I still haven't gotten donations towards my image host; not to say I was expecting any, but if my image host warns me again I'll have to take down my premade neopet userlookups.

Hello all, I have a bit of bad news. First off, my email is completely down, so I can't answer emails or send you layouts or lookups. The second is that I've gotten a warning from my image host that my bandwidth is exceeding from what it should be. One of two things will fix the problem: I can take down all of my premade neopet lookups, or everyone can donate at least one dollar to my site so I can upgrade my image host account. I get about 300 visits a day to my site, so if at least 25 of those visitors donate just one dollar, then I can continue to keep my premade lookups on my site. Please look at my Donate! page to see what you will recieve in exchange for donating. Please consider it, as I don't want to take my userlookups down T_T. I updated my Paypal account because my old one was deleted due to lack of use.

I added in four new stationary pages as well, featuring Naruto from Naruto, Edward and Alphonse from Full Metal Alchemist, Sakura from Card Cardcaptor Sakura, and Yukito from Card Captor Sakura. I added a counter for my site; it shows the unique visitors I have for the day, as well as my total visits too. This counter is new, so don't think only 6 people have visited my site in two years -__-;;;. I also changed the background... again -__-;;. I wasn't overly happy with how it looked (all the lines made me dizzy o_O). I fixed it so that there's more space between the lines. I also had to edit every single one of my pages to fix a problem I hadn't noticed before. It's a real pain to fix something when your site has over 150 pages; my hands are so badly cramped from typing T_T. Anyway, I need more questions for my FAQ, so if you want to know something about myself, my site, or anything appropriate, email me with your question and I'll try my best to answer ^o^. Also I want to start an anime fan art page featuring artwork from my visitors, so feel free to send something in, and I'll put it on my site.

I updated the Contest page, since someone finally found the chibi. I changed it from Chibi Jade to Chibi Ginji-kun ^_^. If anyone has any ideas as to what they would like to get if they donate money, like artwork or something within reason, please let me know. I'm thinking maybe I'll do a drawing with the people who donate, and the winner will get something cool, like a personalized chibi plushie of an anime character of your choice, or a personalized anime background or wallpaper or something like that. And maybe for each dollar that's donated you get a chance to win (so if you donate two dollars, your name is in the drawing twice ^_^). I'd really like to figure out what I'll give to donators before I set up the paypal account, so please email me with your suggestions ^o~.

As for the topic of donating to my site for my image host, I will most likely set up a paypal account, since there are quite a few people who said they would consider donating. I just need to set up a paypal account, and think of some other incentive to give to people who donate. If anyone has a suggestion as to what a good prize would be, let me know.

Hello all ^o^. Recuperating from illness (again T_T). I'm amazed at how I'm still getting trouble with the neopet lookup request form. Over half the people who request one are doing it wrong by not following the rules. This is sad because there are only THREE rules: I won't make personalized lookups, send bluecloud300 a neomail to verify your account, and fill out the form completely or I delete it. This is what I came up with to skip the step for a request form, and save myself from unneeded grief: my image host will allow virtually unlimited bandwidth if I were to subscribe to a year for their premium account. This would cost $25 a year. If I were able to get donations to pay for that, I would just take out the request process, and you could just take the coding you want without the hassle. As simple as this seems, I highly doubt anyone would donate towards such a cause. But who knows, maybe I'd get enough donations to make it happen -_~. All it would take would be 25 people to donate a dollar. Or I could just stop making premade lookups altogether.

I added a new userlookup; this one features Rock Lee from the anime series Naruto. I had been wanting to use this character for something, and so I thought it would be cool to make a userlookup with him ^o^. The userlookup applications are now open, by the way. With much deliberation, I have decided to discontinue making the sidebars for the neopet userlookups. While I enjoy making them, and admit that they look nice with the userlookups, it is too much work to change them whenever neopets decides to change the links on their sidebars. So I have decided to switch from using a sidebar image to simply using text links for the userlookups; they look nicer than the yellow sidebar, and if neopets decides to add more links, then it will not be so hard to change the coding. I have already changed the coding for all the userlookups (except for the pattern ones), and so the userlookup requests are opened again. Thank you for your understanding ^o^.

For those who don't read the rules for recieving a layout or lookup, I'm going to clarify: basically fill out the form completely, and in the case of lookups, you also need to neomail bluecloud300 to verify your neopets account.

Because of the sheer mass of people who apply for a layout or a neopet userlookup who do not properly follow the rules to attain them, I am simply going to stop emailing them back to let them know what is missing. If you can not follow the exact rules that are listed for either the layouts or userlookups, I will simply delete the email. It takes a lot of my time to email each person for each mistake they make, and so if anyone intends to recieve a layout/userlookup, I'd advise you to read the rules carefully.

It seems that the new neopets sidebar doesn't show up when sidebars such as the ones I make are used, and so my neopet userlookups look normal now; however, it appears that although the sidebar looks normal, one can not click on the links on the sidebar -__-;;; It's like one step forward, two steps back T_T. At any rate, I can still give out the sidebar, if no one cares that the links on it won't work, and if you do care, then just take the coding for the sidebar out. The good news is that there is now a way to fix the neopet sidebar; the bad news is that it involves stuff that my art program can't do T_T. And so I will still have neopet userlookups, but they will no longer include the sidebar graphic, unless some kind person send me photoshop, which is not going to happen anytime soon T_T. If you've applied for a userlookup while I was trying to figure out a way to fix the navigation bar, then you will need to reapply ^_^.

I've added in a new award called "Avista's Kindness Award" for sites that want a rather easy award; all you have to do is fill out my site survey, and then use my award application form to get your award. People will actually fill out my site survey so that I can further improve my site, and 2.) I won't have to deal with sites that don't want to do any actual work to their sites, but expect an award for hastily putting a site together. Hello all ^o^. Just posting to let you all know that yes, I am still alive (either that, or I'm an internet ghost: oOoOoh...). I've yet to add anything new to Avista's Forest due to school, which is incredibly time consuming. I'm thinking of deleting my Haku fansite, for a couple reasons: 1.) No one has joined; 2.) It takes up bandwidth from my image host, which is now starting "premium accounts" and could very well decide to delete all non paying accounts that take a lot of bandwidth; and 3.) Even if people were interested in joining, school barely allows me to work on this site, let alone another. And so, with these things in mind, I most likely will decide to delete it (not that anyone other than myself will notice or care). And so feel free to visit it and look at it will it still exists. Also, I've gotten some poll responses saying to add more artwork. To this I say that I have about 70 pics on this site, and now I am putting my new artwork on my DeviantArt account, since my artwork takes up alot of bandwidth. I have 20 pics on my DeviantArt account so far, and most of my new artwork will be going there. So anyone who wishes to see my newest creations feel free to click on the "my DeviantArt" link, and on DeviantArt, you can even comment on my work (nothing inappropriate though). Enjoy ^o^.

Good news! As you can guess, my images are back, and I can now go to my photobucket album. As it turns out, photobucket's server (or at least the one that I was on) crashed, and so I did nothing wrong, to which I relieved, since I was afraid that my albums had been deleted. Granted, I have backup files, but considering that I have at least a hundred images for my site, you can image the annoyance of having to re-upload everyting again T_T.

T_T. For some reason, all of my images are broken, and while I can log onto my photobucket account, I can't go to my photo albums T_T. I've seen some photobucket users, when they run out of the bandwidth, simply have little photobucket logos where the image would be, but my entire albums have dissappeared, and yet my account has not been frozen, so I don't think I did anything wrong. Until I get a reply as to why this is happening, the site will be in turmoil; hopefully it will get resolved soon. I am particularily upset because while emailing photobucket at one point, they had told me that my artwork would be safe there, and yet now it is all gone T_T.

Hello all ^o^. It's nice to be working on my site again. I had some spare time, and so I thought I should do some work on my site ^^. I added in a new layout, featuring Naruto. I just remembered that Cybertarp no longer did free image hosting, and so I had to change all my link buttons and such to my main image host -__-;;;. I added in the improved Shippo layout ^o^; it looks much better than the old one ^_^. Also, I added in the promised site survey ^o^ So now you can tell me what you think of my site, and what needs to be improved. I also added in new artwork, including a cool one of Inuyasha ^^. I know that his positioning is wrong, but I drew it by using the second edition of Inuyasha, which was made American style, from left to right T_T. I really wish that I had the original manga version, which would be from left to right T_T.

For those Neopet users who visit my site, I've added a Neolinks page, which has links for the daily stuff, and even some of the secret pages I've found as well ^^. Enjoy! Also, I've recieved guestbook entries asking me to add a chat room to my site. Chat rooms require Perl Script, which geocities does not provide to free sites like mine. Not to mention it would be my duty to make sure that the subjects in the chat room would remain.... appropriate for this site, as I pride my site on being appropriate for viewers of all ages. And although I think there might be ways to make a chat room without Perl, it is mostly an issue of the fact that I would be held responsible for whatever occurred in the chat room, which I really don't want to have to deal with. I honestly don't have that kind of time to make sure the chat room would stay clean. Therefore, for lack of resources (money to upgrade to premium geocities to allow Perl script) and time (to keep the chat room clean), I'm afraid I can not oblidge the request for a chat room.

Hurrah!!! Instead of finding an animation program that could make animated gifs from bmp images, I found an image converter that changed bmps into gifs without making them look like junk. So now I can make quality animated gifs again ^^. Also, I added a new section, where you can see the comics I've made; I have a new comic called Chibi Manga. It's just a simple comic I made that may or may not be overly funny, but since the people I've shown it to seem to like it, I hope that you will like it as well ^_^.

If anyone knows of a free animation program that makes animations with the quality of animation shop 3, please let me know. Also, for those who desire a layout, please realize that they are not compatible with Xanga sites.

I know I haven't updated in a while, but I've been so busy lately... I had anime animated gifs, and more artwork, but I just didn't have the time to add them to the site (I've done so now though). I've also been having a "Piro moment" lately. If you have read Megatokyo you'll understand, if not you should read it anyway -_~ I added them to the Links page. So I will try to update as often as I used to. Also I noticed that quite a few people voted on my mini polls (which means a lot of people visit, or one person likes to vote a lot ^^), and so I will try to work on those suggestions. Also, I added a new stationary page, and I now have my artwork categorized as either original, anime-related, or neopets-related. Let me know what you think of the new artwork I added -_~

I joined Newbiness, which helps rather new sites to get better. I fixed some of my artwork images, which were at a size too small for them. I also recieved a new award ^_^ (71 now).

It's finally complete!!!! I made a Choose your Destiny kind of story, where you click on the choice you wish to make, and see the outcome of your choices. It's not a very big story so far, but I might add to it to make it bigger. Enjoy ^o^

Just so that everyone knows,

Omachidoosama!!! (sorry to have kept you waiting!!!) I was on a trip where there were not any computers (AHHHHH!!!!) But now I'm back, and fixing some things. For instance, Angel Ashley from Moonlit Dreams made me custom table backgrounds for me to use (the html colors didn't match). And so my tables will now match my site background ^_^ Also, I'm considering using php include, or maybe SSI, so that I don't have to fix every single page when I change stuff -__-;;; As soon as I figure out how they work, I'm definitely changing to one of them; the fact that I need to change every single page is one of the main reasons why I don't make major changes on my webbie T_T

I went through all the evil Javascript of my Quiz, and so now it no longer needs to open in a new window (evil evil javascript T_T). Also, I put the music bar on the splash page, so the music will keep on playing even when you go to a new page; therefore I have put up a link to the splash page on the Navigation bar. Lastly, I am considering whether or not to add anime stuff other than my own original anime; this would basically consist of scans from comics I own, and maybe some fanart by myself and anyone who wants to send something in. If you'd like this, then simply send me an email saying so, and if I recieve enough mail about it, it shall be done

This is where people are supposed to enter my site, but I didn't use it much because it had a link to the old version of Avista's Forest, which I loathed. It finally happened! I finally found a site that hosts images for remote linking; for free!!! Now my images should load faster, and my webbie shouldn't be suspended as often (which happens when I reach my bandwidth limit). Also, I added two new pics! Kaen sorta looks like Hikaru -__- so much for originality, But it was such a nice drawing I couldn't stand to leave it off my webbie ^_^ And the other is Inari, When she is a full fedged Kitsune!

I changed the entire site from frames to css layers; now every browser can view my site, and best of all, I got to destroy the first version of Avista's Forest, which was awful, and was only kept for those with non frames browsers. I added a link to the site I got help from on the links page. Also, I got a new award! (58 now). Lastly, I added a text area on the quiz results page, so now you can add them on your blog or webbie. All I ask is that you don't try to direct link them; just save them on your computer.
