Ok, here's the part of the site where I have to state rather uninteresting stuff, but I have to say it anyway for legal purposes. First off, I am not the creator of Neopets, and nor do i claim to be. Neopets is a registered and copyrighted trademark, and was used with permission :) Whew, glad I got that out in the open ^_^ Also, I do not claim to have created or possessed ownership of any of the anime this site features: the images for the anime layouts, image scans, etc., belong to their respectful owners. However, renderings of these characters (a.k.a. my drawings) are drawn by myself and therefore belong to me. If for whatever reason Avista's Forest has used coding, images (such as sprite sheets ^_^;;;), etc., for the continuous improvement of the site, Avista's Forest promises to give credit where credit is due. If such a mistake has occurred where credit has not been given please inform me and it shall be amended -_~. Avista's Forest, Avista and all related characters belong to me. I created Avista and all of the other characters involved in my site; therefore as my intellectual property they can not be used, for any purpose whatsoever, outside of Avista's Forest, with the exception of link buttons, adoptions, or quiz results with the coding provided with the result. Any other Webmasters that have my stuff on their sites (although why they would I'll never know) are stealing, and will be brought to justice (with my Sacred Forest arrows, of course -_~).
