In order to offer free neopet userlookup coding (meaning you don't have to apply for it), I am setting up a paypal account to pay my image host for a premium account, which will allow almost unlimited bandwidth. This will last for an entire year. In exchange for donating at least $1.60 (which includes the fees, otherwise if you only donate $1, I only recieve about $0.40), you will get a chibi plushie made just for you, of a character of your choice. You will also be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a background featuring a character of your choice. The drawing will be held when I reach my goal of $25. If by some chance I go over my goal, then the extra will be either be saved for next year's bill, or will go to help my host afford to keep my site on her domain ^o^.
