Here are the rules for using my layouts:

Please give credit to Avista's Forest
for making the layout, and credit for the
place where I got the image from. You can do this simply by
leaving the credits links up where I put them.

What you can edit:
You can edit the font color and how the links look,
as long as you leave the credit links up. You can put your
site's name on the main image as well, but don't
edit it further and claim that you made it yourself.

While I don't mind giving help and answering
questions, I can not make your entire site for you, so
please have at least some basic knowledge and understanding
of html and css.

NOTE: You must fill out all
parts of the form.
IF YOUR FORM IS NOT
COMPLETE, YOU WILL NOT
RECIEVE A LAYOUT.
I will be checking to verify that your
information is correct as well,
so don't even try to make up a url and expect me to fall
for it -_-;;;

Also, these are just for normal sites;
THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH XANGA, BLOGS, OR NEOPETS SITES.
They are not for Neopet guilds or Userlookups.
